I dont waste time with non-voters who are just menials-people who stand without meaning & contend to waste time with much success. As a child I never knew the sacrifices my parents faced while they intimated & provided for their children. Though they hinted they were lacking this and/or that, I can honestly say that we were never hungry, cold, or homeless but just the opposite. My parents were just that, real parents who took the time to teach right from wrong. They taught us to love and appreciate those in our lives and to be strong individuals. As the youngest of seven, I reminisce on the times all of us shared while growing up. Before the passing of both of my parents, I'm so glad I got the chance to express to them how I felt and my deepest gratitude of their love, value & foundation of respect and responsibility. It is & it is not because of them who I am as well as it is and is not because of them who I am not-God has given them to me-not me them. I have strength.

A Day in The Life...My time is limited

My time is limited...
Should I die before I wake, I hope that my husband knows how much he was loved. How much I appreciated his energy, love, fun and laughter…he has the perfect smile. He always has my best interest at heart and because of his trust and courage, I have strength. I thank him daily for believing in me.

A Day in the life

Oh how I love to see your beautiful face
I think nothing can replace
The joys you have given me
You make me laugh
Laugh so hard
Sometimes I cry
I think I might die
Die without your love
I thank God in heaven above
For someone like you
You see
You are my friend
Not necessarily my lover
And above all
You help me to recover
From the pain of these days
Consisting of whatever what may
Come to my life
Is human
Thanks for being there holding me close
Laughing at my stupid jokes
Sharing in the sorrow
Not knowing what tomorrow
May bring, but
You make me wanna sing
With joy of these feelings
So warm
There was a time when I use to pretend
But then,
You came along
You make me wanna sing
Sing a new song
Now, I sing a new song
A song of happiness
A song of forgiveness
Nothing
No one can take this smile from my face
Its here to stay
Nothing
Can take this joy away
From my heart
In this life I will always stay
With you
Loving you
Enjoying you
No mater what comes or what may be
You’ve always got me
Me and my love
